Accreditation Service (IAS) for every application submitted. Accreditation offers impartial, third-party validation that the development and administration of our certification programs has met stringent standards set by the testing industry. It is an affirmation of our commitment to ensuring that we offer certification programs that are of the highest quality and developed and delivered with the integrity and fairness that testing demands. It also promotes consumer and public confidence in the certification program and, by extension, the competence of those we certify. NCCA accredited programs include aPHR, PHR, PHRi, SPHR, SPHRi, GPHR and PHRca. NCCA is the accrediting body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. The NCCA’s Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs were the first standards developed by the credentialing industry for professional certification

IAS accredited programs include PHRi and SPHRi. IAS accredits personnel certification bodies to ISO/IEC Standard 17024, a widely recognized international standard. IAS accreditation helps organizations that certify individuals in a variety of occupations and professions protect the integrity and ensure the validity of individual certification programs.
