Proof of Your Continuing Competence in HR
As an HR leader, you must remain in a constant loop of ongoing career learning. Recertification through EIHRM® demonstrates your commitment to continuing competence― not only at the time of initial certification, but throughout the advancement of your HR career.
Recertification is one of the many reasons that EIHRM certifications are the most recognized and trusted by HR professionals and the organizations they serve. And now, recertification credits are easier than ever for you to access and earn.
Take the Continuous Learning Path to Recertification
After passing an EIHRM certification exam, you are required to renew your certification every three years. You can achieve this by completing professional development activities and demonstrating professional achievement to receive recertification credits. This includes reporting qualified HR-related activities, such as seminars, online materials, webinars, books, online courses and conferences. You can even earn credit for professional achievements such as implementing a new program at work, serving as a volunteer HR expert, conducting original HR-related research or maintaining an HR membership. If you wish to do so, you may also choose to retake your EIHRM certification exam to recertify.
Your benefit? You demonstrate continuing competence as a credentialed HR professional.
